We welcome referrals from professionals and organizations throughout Oklahoma for independent adults who may benefit from affordable shared housing, clear expectations, and goal-focused support.

One Referral. A Clear Next Step.

Social workers, case managers, community organizations, reentry programs, behavioral-health organizations, veteran resources, hospitals, and other professionals across Oklahoma are welcome to refer.

A referral does not have to come from the same county as the available home. Placement depends on program fit, current home locations, and availability.

Who May Be a Good Fit?

Independent Daily Living

Age 18+, able to independently manage personal care and daily needs, and able to safely live in a shared-home environment.

Shared-Living Ready

Comfortable with a shared bedroom and common areas, and willing to follow established house standards.

Funding in Place

Has a reliable income source or another approved funding arrangement that can cover program fees.
